Pittsburgh freshman wide receiver Darius Patton was released from the hospital on Friday after passing out at practice on Thursday. After struggling at the beginning of camp Patton had come on of late, and may be able to earn some playing time come September
Patton's going to be on the back end of the receiver rotation for Pitt, so he wouldn't be a great fantasy option right now.
