Baylor head coach Art Briles said that senior running back Terrance Ganaway has a leg up for the starting job. He rushed for 21 yards on four carries in Friday's 90-minute scrimmage.
The Baylor offense was clicking on all cylinders and even though Ganaway wasn't the leading rusher (freshman B.J. Allen led the way with 65 yards), Briles has clearly liked what he's seen from him in fall workouts.
