Cody Journell set to kick for Hokies

Virginia Tech kicker Cody Journell is settling in as the Hokies' new kicker.  He's hit five of eight kicks in two scrimmages, with all of his misses coming from 40+ yards out.

Honestly, you'd like to see a little more success from the longer ranges, but Journell definitely has head coach Frank Beamer's confidence.  Last year, no one really knew who Chris Hazley was, and he went out and kicked 53 extra points, and 21-of-22 field goals, making him a tremendous fantasy commodity.  Journell won't be as good out of the gates, but Virginia Tech produces quality fantasy kickers, and Journell should be that man for a while.
