Boston College running back Andre Williams left the Eagles' scrimmage over the weekend with a sprained ankle. He had seven carries for 42 yards before departing.
Head coach Frank Spaziani gave little details, and the team was expected to examine Williams again today. At this point, we see no reason to be concerned. The Eagles scrimmage again Wednesday, and it wouldn't be a surprise to see Williams rest. With Montel Harris likely to miss the opener against Northwestern, Williams needs to be 100 percent.
