Two of the important position battles for West Virginia as they approach preparation week for Marshall are two of the four wide receiver spots. Devon Brown and Tyler Urban are competing for the second inside receiver job while Ryan Nehlen and Ivan McCartney battle for the "Z" receiver spot.
Tavon Austin and Stedman Bailey look to be in good shape for two spots, and at the very least, the Mountaineers know that they'll have some depth to look to in case of injuries.
