Randle, Smith remain 1-2 punch for Pokes

By all accounts, the tag team of Joseph Randle and Jeremy Smith will do their best to replace Kendall Hunter this fall.  “Joe always had an ability to protect in the passing game if he needed to and to catch the ball and run with it afterwards,” coach Mike Gundy said. Gundy added the Jeremy is much tougher mentally than he was last fall.

There hasn't been as much news on Randle as there has on Smith this summer, which has some owners a bit worried. I'm still giving the edge to Randle because of his ability to catch the ball out of the backfield, but it is clear that Smith will be heavily involved, which will eat into Randle's numbers.
