Cincinnati head coach Butch Jones has named walk-on Tony Miliano his starting kicker, with Miliano beating out Wake Forest transfer Shane Popham for the job.
Miliano could be a good pickup with the Bearcats facing Austin Peay in the opener. Cincinnati had the best offense in the Big East last season, leading the league in total offense and points per game.
