USF offense struggles in final scrimmage

Friday's team scrimmage was the final one of fall camp for South Florida, and unfortunately for the offense they didn't leave the best impression. The offensive units combined for at least four turnovers, but quarterback B.J. Daniels did connect for touchdown passes with Sterling Griffin and Lindsey Lamar.

The good news for the Bulls is that they have a week of preparation between now and their opener at Notre Dame. But will the offense, and more specifically Daniels, truly take off? It can happen, but if anything the scrimmage shows that there's still plenty of work to be done.
