TCU true freshman receiver Brandon Carter is listed as a starter on the Horned Frogs latest depth chart.
Carter hasn't been mentioned much this fall, though coach Gary Patterson is loathe to heap much praise on freshman. Still, Carter must have been fairy impressive to rise to the top of the depth chart heading into the season opener.
