Southern Miss quarterback Arsenio Favor has been named the team's backup for the season opener against Louisiana Tech.
This is one name to stash away in case of an injury to stud quarterback Austin Davis. USM plays a fast-paced game with plenty of yards and points, so Favor should be monitored. Let's hope Davis can stay on the field however. Favor beat out Chris Campbell for the number two job.
