Kansas State quarterback Justin Tuggle was surprisingly not listed on the depth chart that coach Bill Snyder released this week.
Tuggle, a junior college transfer, was involved in the competition for starting quarterback with Collin Klein and Sam Lamur, but it looks like he has dropped all the way to at least third on the depth chart with Klein starting and Lamur as the clear number two.
