As expected, freshman Eric Frohnapfel has been named Marshall's starting tight end for the season opener against West Virginia.
Frohnapfel is a former West Virginia commit, so he will have plenty of motivation going into the opener. Because of his versatility in the passing game, he may eventually develop value. Not just in week one. Gator Hoskins and C.J. Crawford will back him up.
