Idaho quarterback Brian Reader thew for 2 scores and only 1 interception but was completely ineffective consistently moving the ball against Bowling Green. He was 19 for 43 for a putrid 44.2 percent completion rate.
It's hard to put all the blame on Reader who was missing his top 2 receivers in Justin Veltung (turf toe) and Preston Davis (foot) and had problems getting in sync with everyone else. Don't completely give up on Reader, but this may be a sign of things to come for this offense.
