Air Force receiver Mikel Hunter did a lot of damage with minimal opportunities Saturday against South Dakota. Mikel ran the ball twice for 82 yards, including an 80-yard scoring run, then caught one pass for a 55-yard touchdown.
An exciting day for Hunter, though it's hard to imagine he'll be that kind of productive moving forward. Better competition will tell us more about what kind of season he might have, though it's obvious the Air Force coaches want to get him the ball. He's a big play guy for them.
