Due to inclement weather in the area the game between USF and Notre Dame has been suspended (delayed). Fans were asked to leave the stadium and seek shelter, and there's no time frame as to when the teams will return to the field. USF leads 16-0 at the half.
Could this be a way to stem the tide from a momentum standpoint? Pretty sure Notre Dame would welcome that.
