USF wasn't great offensively in the 23-20 win over Notre Dame but they didn't have to be. Notre Dame turned the ball over five times, with USF scoring a defensive touchdown in the first quarter on a 96-yard fumble return by Kayvon Webster.
USF had their issues in slowing down the Notre Dame offense but in key moments they were able to take advantage of the mistakes. When the turnovers add up a defense can become profitable from a fantasy standpoint, and it's even better when the unit scores.
