Memphis has named freshman Taylor Reed their starting quarterback for their second game against Arkansas State.
While Reed should not be started for your fantasy team yet, he should have a decent afternoon against Arkansas State. It was clear he had a solid chemistry with Marcus Rucker and if Billy Foster can return from injury, he may have a 2-3 score day.
