Florida State wide receiver Willie Haulstead (concussion) returned to practice on Monday.
While the brief Miami Herald report notes that Haulstead is expected to start opposite Bert Reed, I would use caution here. We have no official confirmation from the coaching staff or Haulstead that he has been cleared. Typically that doesn't come until after the player resumes practice and shows no signs of regression.
