With Desmond Johnson and Jamal Woodyard banged up, it is likely Southern Miss will turn to 5'6, 180 pound Jeremy Hester as their backup at running back against Marshall.
Hester had four carries for 19 yards last year and is a solid change of pace guy to have. But expect the full workload for Kendrick Hardy as he remains a solid RB3/Flex option.
