Air Force quarterback Tim Jefferson was replaced by Connor Dietz in the third quarter, and he apparently sustained an undisclosed injury that prompted the change. No word on the type of injury, but he did get precautionary x-rays because of it.
No word on the injury yet, but Jefferson has not been very good so far this season. If healthy, he'll be the quarterback for Air Force, but this mysterious injury and subsequent x-ray are worrisome.
