Kansas bit hard by the injury bug

Kansas' starting defensive tackle John Williams is out for the season after tearing his ACL. Several key players are also listed as questionable for this week's game against Georgia Tech, including wide receivers JaCorey Shepherd (unknown) and Daymond Patterson (groin).

Losing a big man up front is the last thing the Jayhawks needed heading into a matchup with a run-oriented football team. This coupled with uncertainty about the health of two of their top receivers could leave few if any fantasy options from Kansas.
