Duke backup quarterback Brandon Connette (undisclosed) was injured in a loss to Stanford, and hasn't practiced this week.
Connette is the Blue Devils short yardage rusher, and those attempts will go to freshman Anthony Boone if Connette can't go Saturday at Boston College. Boone already has two rushing touchdowns this season. God forbid they let a running back attempt to score from inside five yards.
