New Mexico receiver Lamaar Thomas is likely out two to three weeks after suffering a broken bone in his back during the Arkansas game.

Thomas has been by far the most productive offensive player for the Lobos to this point. His absence will have the offense looking elsewhere for production. Perhaps tight end Lucas Reed will get going at last.
