Iowa State wide receiver Donnie Jennert has been ruled academically ineligible and will not play football this season for the Cyclones.
Last year, Jennert was arrested for public intoxication, so it looks like trouble follows this kid around. He wasn't expected to see the field this season and wasn't listed on the two deep.
