Stanford tight end Coby Fleener left Saturday's game against Arizona in the first half after taking a blow to the head.
Fleener did not return. The good news is Stanford has a bye week coming up so it will give Fleener time to heal. If Fleener is out for any length of time, the stock of Zach Ertz goes up significantly. Ertz had four catches for 58 yards and a score against the Wildcats.
