Even with the struggles at quarterback, Connecticut may have found its number one receiver. Isiah Moore once again led the Huskies in receiving on Friday night, catching eight passes for 143 yards in the loss to Iowa State. Moore now has 12 catches for 197 yards but no touchdowns.
Kashif Moore was the only other Husky to catch more than one pass (3) on Friday, and, given the issues at quarterback, neither one is an attractive play from a fantasy standpoint.
