New Mexico State quarterback Andrew Manley was solid everywhere but the redzone against UTEP. Manley threw for 242 yards and a score, but missed out on multiple opportunities to score in short yardage scenarios.
Manley is having to carry the entire offense, as the run game has been completely nonexistent. He has the skills and a solid receiver in Taveon Rogers, but it remains to be seen if he can put it all together. For now, he is just too inconsistent to start.
