Coming off a four catch, 41 yard performance against West Virginia, Maryland wide receiver Tony Logan has been bumped up to a starting position in the Terps' new depth chart.

It's at the expense of Kerry Boykins, who hasn't done anything noticeable to deserve a demotion.  Logan is also returning kicks, a tribute to his explosiveness.  If the Terrapins keep throwing 50 times a game, Logan could have some value. Add him to your watch list.
