According to the Waco Tribune, Baylor receiver Terrance Williams has an ankle injury "but is improving". He's also listed as probable on USA Today's injury report.
Unfortunately, we are relying on third-hand reporting here. It sounds like Williams was a precautionary scratch last week. But, until we hear something from the coaching staff or Williams, it is pure speculation.
