California backup running back Dasarte Yarnway missed practice Wednesday after undergoing a knee scope to look for damage. Coach Jeff Tedford didn't elaborate on what was or was not found.
Yarnway is strictly backup material, but adds depth to a position that is a bit of a mystery behind starter Isi Sofele.
