Pittsburgh kicker Kevin Harper had a good night in the Panthers' 44-17 win over USF, scoring 14 points. Harper made all three of his field goal attempts (long of 47 yards) and all five PATs. Harper has made 9 of 12 field goals this season.
Harper hasn't missed since their win over Maine, and if Pittsburgh can continue to move the ball the way they did Thursday night he'll be a productive fantasy option.
