North Carolina kicker Casey Barth (groin) will miss his second straight game Saturday at East Carolina.
Freshman Thomas Moore will handle the kicking duties again. He was perfect on four PATs, but did not attempt a field goal against Georgia Tech. Points will be scored in this matchup, but Moore shouldn't be an option.
