Connecticut quarterback Johnny McEntee went above and beyond what he produced last week, but ultimately his numbers weren't enough in a 38-31 loss to Western Michigan. McEntee threw for 300 yards and four touchdowns (no interceptions) on the day.

Scott McCummings saw more action as the "Wildcat" quarterback for the Huskies but other than his reps it was all McEntee. Looks like that's the way in which UConn will go for the foreseeable future.
