Duke running back Juwan Thompson was bottled up most of the day at FIU, totaling just 30 yards on 13 carries.
Thompson saved his, and the Blue Devils' day, with two 4th quarter touchdowns. Desmond Scott returned, rushing just once but hauling in four passes. Josh Snead remained out, but Thompson's workload will surely be decreasing coming out of next week's bye.
