Ohio State wide receiver DeVier Posey and running back Daniel Herron will miss the game against Nebraska this Saturday due to allegations of excessive compensation from a summer job.
Athletic Director Gene Smith said the players will sit pending the reinstatement process, and offered no time table on their return. The company, Independence Excavating, is the same company that paid running back Jordan Hall for a charity event, resulting in Hall's two-game suspension earlier this year.
