Navy quarterback Kriss Proctor had a poor outing against Rutgers, completing 5 of 12 passes for 106 yards and 2 interceptions. He only had 39 yards rushing on 15 carries despite a 54 yard touchdown run.
Give the normally consistent Proctor a pass, as Rutgers has been one of the strongest defenses in the country this season. Proctor and the Navy offense should get back on track next week against East Carolina.
