Somewhat uncharacteristically, Louisiana-Monroe rode their ground game to much success in their win over Troy with Centarius Donald and Jyruss Edwards combining for over 200 yards. Donald led the charge with 119 yards and a touchdown while Edwards was good for 88 yards and a score.
Even though they performed well this weekend, the fact that the team doesn't normally run the ball this much and that the two backs split carries mean they should be avoided in most leagues.
