Penn State wide receiver Justin Brown will once again fill in for the injured Derek Moye (foot) this weekend against Northwestern.
Northwestern has been suspect against the pass this season, with opposing quarterbacks putting up a rating of 150.02 against them (110th nationally). Brown saw eight targets last week en route to an 86-yard day. If you are desperate for help at WR, roll the dice.
