Navy coach Ken Niumatalolo told The Baltimore Sun that quarterback Kriss Proctor (dislocated elbow) is probably a "longshot" to play this week, thus it's very likely that Trey Miller will see the start against the Irish.
Navy has had its share of success against Notre Dame of late, but no Proctor and facing a surly bunch of Irishmen coming off a loss doesn't bode well for this one. Pass on Miller.
