Oregon problem child Cliff Harris has been suspended again, this time after being cited for three traffic violations Monday. Harris was cited by Eugene Police for not wearing a seatbelt, a suspended license and no insurance.
Harris has been suspended from all football-related activities until the situation is resolved. Could this be, at long last, the straw that breaks Chip Kelly's patience with the wildly talented but wildly erratic and immature Harris? Stay tuned.
