One week after returning from injury with a 100-yard, three touchdown performance, Reggie Bullock is out for ECU against Tulane with a leg injury.
Expect Torrance Hunt to gain the start in place of Bullock. Hunt left the Navy game with an ankle injury but should be OK to play. He is a decent flex option against a lackluster Tulane defense.
