Rutgers running back Jawan Jamison was helped off the field following a rushing attempt in the third quarter. Jamison has 84 yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries to this point in the game. Freshman Savon Huggins took over in his place for the time being but Jamison has returned to the game.
Huggins didn't see much of the field in the first half with Rutgers calling on Jamison and Jeremy Deering in most instances. Did the bad weather and Huggins' fumbling issues have something to do with that? It's possible.
