Minnesota tight end Eric Lair may begin to line up at wide receiver at times in an effort to get more looks in the offense.
Much more was expected of Lair after he hauled in 39 passes last year, but so far he's only caught nine this year. If this experiment works, he may have some value in Big Ten leagues for the final weeks.
