In a game-time decision Rutgers wide receiver Mark Harrison won't play against USF tonight due to a concussion. Quron Pratt gets the start in his place.
Harrison caught five passes for 88 yards and a score in last year's meeting, but Pratt has been solid in recent weeks. As long as Mohamed Sanu is on the field Rutgers has a solid receiving option.
