Washington State running back Rickey Galvin was a bright spot in the Cougars loss to California. Galvin rushed 12 times for 73 yards and a score. He also caught three passes for another 22 yards.
It's time for the Cougar coaching staff to figure out a way to get the ball into Galvin's hands -- which are attached to a very quick player -- more than they have been. He's a big play guy just waiting to be unleashed, but he's been limited at times in terms of touches. He needs to see it 15 times a week at a minimum. Perhaps this performance will light the fire a bit.
