Despite his continued good play, UCLA running back Derrick Coleman will remain the backup behind Johnathan Franklin.

Coach Rick Neuheisel said that Coleman will be heavily game-planned in and has been a really positive running back between the tackles. He'll get his hands on the ball a decent amount and if, as happened last week, he gets on a roll, he'll stay in the game.
