Miami (OH) running back Erik Finklea missed his third straight game against Temple Wednesday night.
It's an odd development, as Finklea isn't listed on the team's injured or suspended lists. Justin Semmes has taken over for the RedHawks, and given them some semblance of a rushing attack, going for 69 yards on 15 carries. He topped 100 yards last week, and could be a decent option next week as Miami tries to slow down a Western Michigan attack that loves it's weeknight television exposure.
