Former Tulane head coach Terry Bowden reportedly turned down an offer from the school to return as the head coach.
According to two sources, Tulane is planning to announce the new coach November 28. The sources also said that Rich Rodriguez and former Miami of Ohio coach Michael Haywood are still in the mix.
