Washington State quarterback Connor Halliday finished the game against Utah with 290 passing yards and four picks but it was determined Sunday that Halliday lacerated his liver in the game. He is currently in stable condition in the ICU.
With Halliday injured as well as Jeff Tuel, Marshall Lobbestael will get the start in the Apple Cup.
