UCLA running back Johnathan Franklin went Thanksgiving on the Colorado defense -- carving them up one side and down the other on his way to 162 yards rushing on 15 carries. Fellow back Derrick Coleman had 54 yards on 11 totes.
Franklin started fast and just kept rolling. As you can see, though, he did it in a small amount of carries and fellow back Coleman added 11 and quarterback Kevin Prince added 10 carries of his own. There aren't that many carries roaming around out there, so Franklin (and Coleman) will have to do their damage on about 15 carries a game -- depending on who has the hot hand. On Saturday, it was Franklin.
